MAKHACHKALA, June 16 – RIA Dagestan. Acting Deputy Chairman of Dagestan Government Nariman Abdulmutalibov and Acting Agriculture Minister Shamil Ramazanov chaired a key meeting at the regional Ministry of Agriculture and Food to assess the budget's cash execution and the rollout of national projects. During the discussions, participants evaluated the readiness of regulatory frameworks required to launch agricultural support programs and reviewed the status of document verification for farmers. Officials emphasized the substantial progress made, noting that the active processing of applications was already fully underway across the livestock and food processing industries.
Participants gave particular focus to the rollout of the federal project "Personnel in the Agro-Industrial Complex", the "Agrostartup" grant scheme and rural area development.
In preparation for Dagestan's participation in the "Golden Autumn" agro-industrial exhibition, Nariman Abdulmutalibov instructed those present to ensure a high-quality presentation of the region's potential. Wrapping up the meeting, the Deputy Prime Minister stressed the importance of strict adherence to executive discipline. Shamil Ramazanov confirmed that the ministry leadership takes all necessary measures to ensure the transparency and prompt delivery of state support funds to the end recipients.
